PAGAN HEALTH RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders placed with Pagan Health can be cancelled until they are processed for packing and shipping. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel the order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, your order can no longer be altered or cancelled.

Pagan Health Refunds

Refunds are only available if your product is faulty or damaged. As Pagan Health offer all our customers free postage we ask that in return, on the off chance your product arrives and isn’t working properly or broken – you ship it back to us at your own cost. We will then provide a full refund of the product cost. Due to the nature of our products its unlikely that they can be faulty in any case! In reality, you are safe from the start!

Most electrical items will come with a manufacturers returns warranty.

Our guaranteed delivery time is 45 days (not including the 2-5 days for processing) no matter your place in the world. Didn’t receive the product within this time frame? You can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can also request a refund or a reshipment. If however this is because of the following reasons, Pagan Health is unable to process your request:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • The order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of paganhealth.com (i.e. not cleared by customs or delayed or destroyed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of paganhealth.com

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by Pagan Health to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

Pagan Health does not offer exchanges of products if you happen to change your mind. We hope you understand. Unlike giant stores we offer personalized service. Personalized service means you will probably choose the right thing first go anyway – with no change of mind!
